Co-founders

RAS MANIKKAM

CO-FOUNDER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR

Ras has spent considerable time working abroad in New Zealand, Dubai (UAE), and Cairo (Egypt) in senior corporate positions.

His roles prior to retirement were as Managing Director of FeldaIFFCO Sdn Bhd; Finance Director of Fonterra Brands (Dubai, United Arab Emirates); and General Manager at Australasian Foods Export Ltd (New Zealand), among others.

Between 2018 to 2019, Ras was a board member of the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), Malaysia, in addition to his capacity as the Board’s Audit Committee Chairman.

Currently he is a Company Director in Agile Formers Sdn Bhd.

Having worked with the different global community, Ras brings diversity into MNAIR PR Consultancy and provides the team with strategic advice; manage resources – including attracting, hiring and retention of personnel, and ensuring all employees move in the same strategic direction to achieve our cause-driven mission, vision, and financial goals.

Ras is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA), United Kingdom and holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Massey University, New Zealand.

SASHIKALA NAIR

CO-FOUNDER AND PUBLIC RELATIONS DIRECTOR

Sashi spent almost 2-decades in the private sector before a-4-year stint in the public sector – equipping her with unique perspectives to help diverse stakeholders in promoting and advancing the mandate of their communities and businesses.

Having taken on the role of in-house director of corporate communications, marketing, and public relations for some of Malaysia’s well-known public listed companies and multinationals, the verticals she has served include the Media, Government, Hospitality, Property and Construction, and Human Capital and Recruitment. Her expertise is in Issues and Crises Communication and Management.

Her last corporate position prior to co-founding MNAIR PR Consultancy was as the Corporate Communication Director of the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), Malaysia.

Sashi was the first Malaysian to be awarded with the Women Leadership Award at the 5th World Women Leadership Congress and Awards 2017 in Mumbai, India; and was recognized as LinkedIn’s third most engaged marketing professional by LinkedIn Asia in its inaugural award for Malaysia’s marketing professionals.
